Single Source Partner For PCBA and LED Assemblies

At EBW Electronics, we have the development and manufacturing capabilities necessary to fulfill your electronic manufacturing needs. We are flexible enough to provide you with tailor-made solutions through all phases of electronic design, product development, prototype development and high or low volume electronic contract manufacturing needs.

Building Your Electronic Idea

You have an idea. Our team has the design and engineering capabilities to make your idea a reality. Our talented engineering-design team will work with you to make sure your product is designed the way it needs to be in order to ensure efficient production and end-customer satisfaction.

Then, we take great pride in building it. We become personally invested in everything we design and produce. Not surprisingly, the EBW Electronics committed culture delivers better products in a more efficient work environment.

We work to improve performance, lower costs and produce your idea exactly as you dreamed it, if not better.

Strategic Investments to Ensure Your Future Production Needs

We invest in top people and production systems. Our business model is to build for future need. The global demand for LED-printed circuit board assemblies has taxed production capacity throughout the U.S…except for EBWE. We have purchased enough land to support a 250,000 sq.ft. production facility, in a well supported industrial complex in a thriving manufacturing area of West Michigan. Now, while planning our 5th expansion, our goal is to stay ahead of demand while delivering 100% tested assemblies on time and on budget. In 2013, EBW Electronics entered the Inc. Magazine’s list of Fastest Growing Companies…and we’ve been on that list ever since.

We Are One of the Country’s Largest Purchasers of High Quality LEDs.

The LED market is more revolutionary than evolutionary. Rapid change is occurring on many fronts.

Innovation: More and more industrial designers and engineers are using LED technology as a creative option for both innovative design and excellence in lighting performance.
Transition: LEDs are replacing traditional lights in ‘new and improved’ versions of mature products.
Replacement: The advantages of LEDs are so significant in terms of sustainability and rapid return on investment that replacing traditional lights is becoming common place, if not regulatory.

In product development, advances in LED output, color, application and design is almost a daily event. Consequently, our purchasing team and PCBA designers work closely with leading LED suppliers to ensure we can offer our customers fresh, yet proven product options.
