ADAC Acquires EBW Electronics

Effective April 1, 2025, ADAC has taken the next step to expand our footprint and further the integration of electronics with the acquisition of Holland, Michigan-based EBW Electronics. This acquisition provides ADAC vertical integration of printed circuit board assemblies and electronic assemblies, adds a fifth West Michigan manufacturing location and grows our team in West Michigan to 1,000+.
